Until the COVID pandemic has been controlled in our area, the clinical staff at the Northshore Group is providing almost all ongoing therapeutic and medication management services by way of telehealth. We use an application that allows simple connections to a smart phone, tablet or computer. Virtually all insurance carriers are covering telehealth services just as they do in-office visits.

Our administrative staff continue to work safely at our Landmark Center location. Call them at 865-584-0171 for help with your account, making payments or connecting by telehealth. Our open hours have not changed and they are happy to assist you!

We require everyone in our suite to wear masks in all common areas. If you plan to come in to the suite to meet a clinician, to drop off paperwork or to pick up a prescription, please come only if you are not experiencing symptoms and if you have not been around someone who has been symptomatic.

Our goal is to ensure the health and safety of our patients, our clinical staff and our administrative team.

We are grateful that telehealth keeps us connected through this difficult time, but we eagerly look forward to reopening and seeing patients in person again when we know it is safe for all!
