At Northshore Group, we take seriously our responsibility to provide a safe place as we strive to meet the needs of those we serve. During the first year of COVID, the clinical staff geared up to provide almost all ongoing therapeutic and medication management services by way of telehealth. We use a secure, encrypted, HIPAA-compliant application that allows simple connections to a smart phone, tablet, or computer. Insurance carriers cover telehealth services just as they do in-office visits.

When COVID numbers waned, we reopened our office for in-person visits. All our clinicians and administrative staff are fully vaccinated and boosted. Masks are no longer required in our suite. However, please come to our suite only if you are not ill and haven’t been around someone symptomatic.

Every Northshore Group provider can still conduct appointments by telehealth when appropriate. Feel free to discuss the choice between scheduling in person and a video conference method with your clinician.
