Amanda Leuthold, MD
Board Certified Psychiatrist in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in independent practice. Experienced in treating children, adolescents and adults with a broad range of psychiatric conditions such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety disorders and mood disorders. Dr. Leuthold specializes in evaluating and treating patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder from ages 5 and above.
Dr. Leuthold graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee. She completed medical school at East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine. She went to the University of Alabama Birmingham for General Psychiatry residency training and served as Chief Resident in her final year. Dr. Leuthold then completed Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at the University of Kentucky. She specializes in medication management for individuals of all ages with Autism Spectrum Disorder and has 10 years of experience working with this patient population.
